Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The room was disgusting, and I didn’t feel comfortable staying there at all. It was dirty, with a broken air conditioner and unflushed toilet.

the imperial swan hotel and suites has a decent outdoor pool for relaxation. we appreciated the accommodating staff when we needed to adjust our stay due to weather. having free wifi was a nice bonus, too, making it easy to stay connected.

I loved that I was just a few steps away from Krispy Kreme for my morning coffee fix, and the nearby park views made my city strolls all the more enjoyable during my stay.

I recommend looking elsewhere for a more enjoyable stay.
